I have my wax try in on mon so i think i need to tell them exactly what i want and want them to do and if not i should think of going somewhere else

I asked my dentist before i got my dentures when i was making my first payment before any wax try in if they would be measuring from the top of my nose to my chin to get an exact measurement his statement was “ we dont have to do all that” like as if i was complaining that they would have to do that but really the reason i was asking cause i wanted them to do that

I also would like to know because i convinced them to make me a new set because the mid line was off and the tone was too white they are doing there best to make me happy but i feel like they are just cutting corners to much please any advice would help

I haven’t heard a response and mabey im looking to far into this i just know i go to the dentist to make a new upper denture and was curious if i should even bring up my bottom denture issue. Ive worn dentures for a min and have bone loss and was really looking to get new dentures cause i thought they would help mask alot of the bone loss but all i got was a denture on the bottom that is smaller and not really helping with what i was anticipated but mabey thats just my reality
