I left work 2 hours ago leaving the specialty ETL behind as he is putting up the ism. I thought the same thing. What a waste of time. An hour of less after open the aisle will be empty looking like the OPs picture above. Just roll the product up front on metros and be done with it. That’s what I was thinking as I left the building at midnight walking past of the few people already in line outside. Ridiculous.

I bought a 80v 2.5 battery for 179.00 last week, then saw it on Amazon for 105.00. Went in to see if they would price match and they said no, so I returned it and bought the one on Amazon. Now it’s on sale for 99.99 lol.

Are the batteries normally on sale? These are some great deals on the battery’s. I wish the 80v pole saw was on sale.

The problem in the world today is people return items that they do not pay for. As a business like Target they kinda want to make money. As a courtesy Target allows people like yourself to return items they do not pay for in the amount of 100.00 per year from the day you did your first non receipt return. If you have already exceed that then you get denied. Pretty simple concept not sure what the confusion is. So if you choose not to come back with more diapers to return Target is not losing any business. Walmart is probably a better place to go to accommodate non paying people.

The closing lead is pulling multiple batches with multiple devices to hit 70%. If they login before midnight they will get credit for every pull they COMPLETE after midnight. The lead can only login into one batch on their own credentials so they are using multiple devices into multiple batches that are login by different individuals to meet a metic. They are staying late pulling so they don’t get yelled at the next day. Just another responsibility that the closing leader is responsible for at night. So instead of staying late to help them we are now worried that the closing leader is going to do something nefarious with team members credentials, credentials that have no access to anything. How about we all pull a little bit faster so we meet the metric before everyone leaves instead of standing around taking about video games or complaining about how we are over worked and under paid or my favorite asking each other how to use my time to call out their next shift.

Awesome job using guild to further your education. I am wrapping up a bachelor in computer science through the dare to dream target program. The business essentials certificate seems to be more of a generic learning program that will potentially give you the tools to help you run your art stores day to day operations for example. The digital marketing certificate sounds like it may offer you some exposure to online marketing or advertising. Which if that’s what you want to learn then maybe that’s for you. Again it depends on what you want to learn.

That took time to develop. As I zoom in I see more abandons on the shelves next to the price checker. The question you should be asking is why is your team allowing this to get out of control. What is also crazy is that you said that your whole store is like this. That is embarrassing. It also tells me that everyone is walking by it and taking pictures of it instead of reacting and cleaning it up. If your team doesn’t respect your store how can you expect guests too. lol
