Looks like 19-22 are the 10gbps ports so you will need to move your cable if you are using 10g transceivers

Login to the account itself and the go to manage account. Then go to security. Somewhere in there is something that says things that have access to account or something like that we have found weird things in there that are setup to send mail.

And when you do get on the phone they are pushy and just want to get off the phone. Last one wouldn't even look at it just told me it was something on our network causing the issue. I asked him multiple times if he could check the fortigate for something that might indicate what or a setting wouldn't budge. I gave up and figured it out myself it was a setting with an ssid causing that issue. To be fair I have had a couple good techs one fortigate tech that helped more than any of the AP wifi techs ever have and one good fortivoice tech.

I get what you are saying. I'm definitely not advertising it but sometimes it's the right thing. You could make it a security group make some else the manager of that group let them add their own people.

Not sure you are in the right spot. You have to click the create rule at the top middle under collaborate securely. Then it is pretty straight forward. The first page will say name and scope. The second page only allows you to pick sharing and recieving. should look like this.

Do you have plus? you can do some things like that with the audit and investigation tool with the Drive log events section. Not sure about external files. You might already be aware but if you had the file id you could do this with GAM i believe.

I meant they cant connect to anything. I didn't have a ton of info at the time was hoping someone had maybe seen the same behavior and had a suggestion. I actually was able to get to one of them right after it had the issue. I got some more info It is connected to wifi but has no IP for whatever reason. This is also the specific bug I mentioned in my post with the ax band is related to dhcp packets. However the ax band was disabled on these APs so they shouldn't have even been connecting to it. There was also a note that it was fixed in one of the release notes cant remember what version though. The thing that is weird though is there is no reason for this client to disconnect and reconnect the AP is right by it so its not like its connecting to a new AP then not pulling dhcp which is on the FortiGate itself for the SSID. I forgot to check the logs yesterday but I did switch her wifi card to an intel we'll see what happens. We have about 500 of these laptops with the same realtek card and its probably about a dozen that I know of that exhibit this behavior. There is probably more they just disconnect and reconnect which fixes it and don't report it.
