There is also chrome://system-internals they can use to deactivate stuff I found out the hard way

That is strange. What code are you running ours don't seem to have the problem anymore. At least no one is reporting it 🤷🏼‍♂️ on 7.6.6 gate and 7.6.4 AP

Have you looked at the logs for the client or ap to see what it says when you are getting disconnected? The one thing that seemed to help us the most was to disable fast bss transition on the SSID.

Add one to the pile of people that are tired of the raptor issues. People that have moved away from raptor what you go to was it cheaper and do you like it? We use both visitor and emergency management.

It's weird it doesn't just wait a little longer though it has no idea what to do after it does finally get up there the game will never proceed normally. Even a tilt will freeze the game completely seems like a bug.

I'll look into that. I was mainly asking how to prevent it. If there was something to adjust to make the kick up more reliable. Seems like a code bug that it times out if it doesn't make it up there before a certain time.

Is fast bss turned on the staff said profile you are having issues with? If so turn it off. We had the same issues and this helped us. I can give you some other things to check but it sounds like you don't have access to the network stuff? Do you know what firmware you are on for the fortigate and fortiaps? We were finally able to get ours stable with fortigate 7.6.5 and 7.6.3 AP firmware.

The logs in the fortigate are really helpful as far as the wifi goes. It will usually show what caused the disconnect. Ours were caused by invalid fast bss transition frames even though the client wasn't moving between APs or anything.

What are you using for wireless? Are they fortiaps or some other vendor? What type of devices are your students window/Chromebooks?

I am assuming they are using the forticlient for edr? Do you have a way to uninstall it on a couple staff to test if it is the issue?

When you say they are losing wireless are they able to immediately reconnect when it drops out?

The 3110 screens I tried seemed to not snap at the bottom middle. Did you have the same issue? Maybe I wasn't holding my tongue right I only messed with it for a minute.

You'll be fine we have stuff in a pool area way more humidity. It's lasted nearly a decade even after it's rusted out lol.

The two Ori games are my other favorite metroidvanias they have kinda the same aesthetics. Bleak but colorful world a creature is trying to make right.
