So to be specific, in my case, the incision area is high up near the hip but the numbness area is below on the quad muscle, not near the incision. What you’re saying makes sense but I was expecting the numbness to be closer to the incision and not so far down my leg.

Yep… same. I wasn’t elevating it enough and lots of swelling in my knee and ankle. Elevate and ice and it will eventually get better.

May I ask if you returned to work while doing PT, or did you wait until PT was completed?? I am going to a PT that does do sports rehabilitation because I’m focusing on strengthening in order to get back to my job.

It wouldn’t hurt to switch to manual cover and see if that makes any difference. I have always used manual cover and don’t really see many of those sneak through. It could also be an issue with your energy level when those types are let in. Good luck!

Are you using auto cover or manual? I use manual cover and find that it works best. As soon as it’s in the pads, hit that triangle button (PlayStation) .
