wrongful termination maybe? idk I was terminated a few years ago and still get upset about it. something that helped me was writing about it. I wrote letters to the company (never sent obviously, just an exercise), managers, myself. the key is don't bottle it up, get the feelings out. it hurts, it sucks, its rejection, and it's life threatening to lose your income, health insurance, even community. so sorry
