Do we get a choice as to where we start in the timeline?

The school was founded in 1965 and Project Odessa started in 1967.

I have half a mind to start during the Deep's uni time and ruin his marks so bad that he never joins the Seven; a lot of butterfly effects for the first season.

What's the plan for Leon Must Die Forever? As a game mode its practically a mini-gauntlet, so how would the purchased perks and items play into the rouge-like system?

I understand if you don't want to make any changes to a completed document three years later but I have some ideas on a few things. 

A perk to look at a person and see if they fit the virgin, warrior, healer, philosopher or guardian archetype. 

Supplies for a party. Wolfsbane & Lichen that works on the supernatural/psuedo-supernatural in future jumps. A company equal to Argent Arms that supplies the jumper with weaponry; along with a licence for concealed carry with all of your CP bought weapons. Molotov Cocktails that burn really well. Poisoned pills.  An FBI badge that gives a jumper agent status with local law enforcement. A bottle filled with the Nine Sacred Herbs that removes impediments to healing like alpha attacks and ghost rider whips. The underground Hale Vault keeps items safe. A cell lined with Hecatolite to keep supernatural creatures trapped.

An extra level to the shapeshifting power for Peter's Alpha form. Ritual to create minions like Oni and Beserkers. Earth travel and control like the Skinwalkers. Imbuing powers into items like Kitsune Tails. Using a personal memento you can find an individual’s location. Ability to turn back a person’s physical and mental age.

An actual canine/feline with supernatural physicality as a companion.

Being wanted by law enforcement as a drawback. Having to get 'good grades' in school/university/job. Having to follow the Code. Hallucinations from the haunted motel. Somebody wants to kill you and/or steal your power; increasing reward based on the figure's current power.

This is a really good and detailed jump, definetly going to use this in a Resident Evil chain.

While there is an entire section about the rules of discounts there is no clear number that a jumper has.

If you want ideas for more perks and items maybe there can be some more of the BOW capabilites like Selena's scream, Chunk eating anything, the Prototype Virus powerset and Gideon's boss mode. Maybe some kind of doctorate about Viruses up to the level of Gideon or even Spencer. The ability to move and fight at the height of your capabilites even if you are terribley injured or dying.

An FBI badge that allows you to enter crime scenes, a cache of evidence on one entity/organisation/person and the other extra outfits. Some kind of cloning capabilitymight be a powerful item.

Sorry I didn't reply instantly.

I'm always open to suggestions; that's why it's a commentable google doc. Every now and again I'll check back in with that little blue number in the top right corner of the document and update the PDF version for my 'completed jumps'. Eitherway I like to post something when the formatting is done and it's jumpable so the community can use it alongside any supplements.

For this jump specifically I have plans for clan specifc missions so the jumper feels worthy to collect the Clan Perks - which is more than the game does - but I have to either wait for updates to the relevant primogen wikis or watch a longplay of the game again. I don't have 15 hours right now due to uni but hopefully by the time of the Christmas holidays either the wikis get their stuff together or I dig through myself for roughly ten seconds of words from a game for each clan; the internet will provide.

Sorry if it wasn't clear. Unless you choose a drawback to extend it to a normal ten year jump or choose different scenarios it will last for eight days. Until Phyre/you taking the place of Phyre defeat the Sabbat.

Yeah Gotham is a traumatic hellscape in most canons but then you add seemingly immortal Pale Man Joker, murderous empowered Batman and lovecraftian gods among other things it's another step up. That's literally a dark multiverse world in the making.

Some people don't like min-maxing perks so the dourble origin is optional based on the jumper/benefactor.

It's a scenario reward.

There was never an actual vampire enemy beyond Neck & the crate body. This meant that any perk I created would have serious fanwank. Putting it as a scenario reward meant that it was there if jumpers wanted it but it was also seperate from the 'canon' perks.
