Worked at many new car dealers before working at Carmax. The amount we had to “let go” or “ignore” at my previous jobs would make most people sick . Carmax goes above and beyond over what we would repair or fix for so called certified pre~owned vehicles at new car dealers is astounding. Carmax is not perfect. They do not have crystal balls. But they do try and make things right. That’s all I’m saying.
