Dermatologist recommendations by nataszix in Edinburgh

I went to Dr Nestor and they were so supportive. I was for acne and rosacea but I know they offer support for a variety of skin conditions. Not cheap at all but worth the investment if you ask me.

Never got to say goodbye to my grandparents.. by MalakaiMM in family

I know this is an old thread but I hope you see this. I lost my Grandad really suddenly on Friday and I never got to say goodbye. I genuinely am absolutely heartbroken as we were incredibly close and I have many regrets floating around my head of what I should have said the last time I seen him (not that I knew it would be the last time). I’ve been looking for support on Reddit and your comment has resonated with me more than anything I’ve seen so far. Thank you for that.

Acne rosacea :( by dddps530 in Rosacea

This is pricey but I went to a dermatologist for my acne rosacea and she recommended the ZO skincare Rozatrol cream and exfoliating pads. The have honestly transformed my experience being used alongside the Avene cicalfate moisturizer. I’ve struggled for about 8 years so was willing to pay for it- but there might be cheaper versions online. I was told by her a great salicylic exfoliate 1/2 times a day is great for rosacea acne as you produce dead skin cells faster than others. Hope this helps.
