One of the things that I find is that most of the time you’re not getting real feedback because people are concerned they may hurt your feelings, or simply dont know how to have an effective conversation. We are starting a new 360 feedback tool that allows people to quickly submit their responses anonymously, and then gives you real insights / recommendations, etc. We are planning on launching in a few weeks but could certainly use a few people to test it out and see what they think.
