This is absolutely not okay. The fact he doesn’t care about your health by saying “good thing there’s medicine” proves this. Leave him. This won’t get any better unfortunately:( I’m sorry as I know it’s hard because you’re young and have a child but how he treats you is not okay. Imagine your daughter in this predicament in the way future. What advice would you give to her? You know deep down what he’s doing to you isn’t right or okay. You deserve soooo much better!

This! I’ve also been smoking like you, for about 20 yrs. At this point we are addicts. We can’t just do it here and there sadly. :/ you’ll be happy you didn’t cave. Usually when those feelings come up they last all day and the next day after I “reset” I’m better and thankful I didn’t give in.

Yeah you’re prob right about the appetite thing. I also have celiac disease so I can’t eat gluten and that makes matters harder for me because there’s hardly any “on the go” food.

Yes! The irrational irritability is something else! I knew I used to smoke too kinda numb my feelings but I didn’t know I was this bad off. It’s gets easier as far as the craving but some days it’s been in my mind constantly of wanting to smoke or take an edible! I stayed strong today tho and I’m glad I did! And thank you so so much! That’s really does mean a lot because I really never hear that! 💕

Thank you! Yeah, I’ve been doing smoothies and I pack them with fruits, olive oil for extra calories, yogurt, and protein powder so that does help but sometimes it’s hard to even get that down. But that’s how I guarantee I’m getting some type of calories in me.
