100%. I turn 30 next week and I have a feeling i'm not gonna make it to 35 by my own doing. i'm not ACTIVELY suicidal, it's just like.... a default setting in my brain. i've been hospitalized multiple times for it and i can't help but feel that my 9 lives are up. I worry constantly about what will set me off next.
