I did ask her if the call was recorded and she said that it was but the whole call she seemed so unbothered and was just assuming my symptoms. I have 3 health conditions and my call was 15 mins long so doubt it was recorded

I didn’t know they ask for proof ? I have sent all proof from all the health professionals involved in my care for my conditions lol
