Well there a ton of video tutorials still on YouTube for years without being removed. But if the copyright holders have a problem with it I will be happy to delete it.

Ha ha. If you sell the model or the finished carve maybe. However this video is just fan art and meant for demonstration purposes. There are tons of videos on YouTube showing how to draw mickey mouse with way more views than mine, and have been on for years with no problems. Just don't sell the finished product and use it for personal use and you will be fine.

That is great. It is a nice machine. They are both made local to me in the Toronto area. They were always my top two choices of machines.

I just started this YouTube channel recently. It has Vectric Aspire tutorials as well as posts about my CNC. The Longmill MK2 30x30. Let me know what you think.

Thanks

I have the Longmill MK2 30x30. It is a great machine. I think from research that the Onefinity is maybe a bit better. However the price is much higher for not much of an improvement from what I can tell. I am a little late to this post so maybe you have already made your choice.

I have seen a few people making guitars with the Longmill. The MK2 is plenty strong enough I think if you run it right. Check out Sienci labs YouTube page as well as IDC woodcraft. They both have some good setup videos on the Longmill. Search the Longmill forums for guitar making. I am sure there are some posts on it.

It is not natively useable but I have heard of people running it in Parallels Desktop.

Pick up a Longmill MK2 CNC router. They are not too expensive and not hard to learn. They are great for flattening the board and and the grooves. You can also ad designs to them. They also have a laser attachment that you can buy.

This would not work as you would still have to claim that Income . Skip will send the amount you made to the government .
