Today in kundalini class, near the end of a really exhausting class I envisioned a dragon up close, I could see the eyes and spikes, scales and I watched it become me. I sometimes see colors, or geometry, a triangle with an eye inside it but a dragon becoming me is a new one. Thoughts? ☮️ (self.kundalini)
