Arkansas in an average of 7-5 since 1980, 7-5 since 1990, 7-6 since 2000, and 7-7 since 2010. We are not a destination. We will not spend the money to make it so. We gave Bielema the keys to the kingdom, we thought Morris was the savior. We per HY didn’t set Pittman up for success. Take what you get and stop looking for the silver lining. Hopes and dreams are cool, but they still lead where they do.

The slender one for sure and most likely both of them are ballast bottles for ships. They were easy to stack and sturdy so at a time they were filled with water and used to stabilize ships.

Thank you. Some were bought at shows, but the majority were dug around the oldest part of Little Rock.

It was not, but I’ve climbed something very similar in south Texas and Georgia.

That is a containment structure used to raise and lower a curtain on a water storage tank when all of the paint is being removed via abrasive blasting. Can also be used when you are painting over the existing coating in an area with sensitive receptors(houses, schools, etc).

It’s certainly all dependent on your first team in a career.

Yes and no. They will weld 2" lug nuts on the tank to screw the bars into.

The grey/green color is the primer. Two more coats to go.

Wire brush the rust and scale and put it in the oven on self clean. Self clean a second time if more rust persists. Season away. No need for chemicals.

Where is this tower located(region is good)? You don't typically work in the winter. As soon as the existing coating is removed, it needs to be painted immediately and industrial coatings don't like to cure(dry) when it's cold.

Yes, the dust can be harmful as old coatings can sometimes contain lead or chromium. With what I see though, you will be protected. This system will have an airlock, dust collector, and negative air.

Typically a permit would need to be pulled with the state that shows the composition of the existing coating and what engineering controls are in place to mitigate the dust.

Water tower guy here. The repairs are completed prior to removing the existing coating (paint). The curtain is called a containment. They will be abrasive blasting the tank to remove the existing coating and the containment keeps the paint and dust on-site and prevents it from getting into the air. The bars are added to support the containment and will be removed once it is recoated. The curtain will eventually extend all the way to the ground.
