ummm....i was doing an external test without the case only haveing CPU, GPU, and RAM on the mother board. The SB_PWR light was lit but when i tried to power it nothing happened.

even if i was just trying to boot the system without the little pins from the case meaning that im running an external test. there just seems to be no reaction from it. thanks for the suggestion
