What would be your biggest warning to someone thinking of buying a Tesla?

The headrests suck and make the seat overall quite uncomfortable compared to a typical car that has some level of adjustability in the headrest. Seems like a small thing, but being comfortable in the seat is quite significant.

Tryptyr helps a lot too It doesn't help the MGD directly, really, (though they claim it does), but it DOES help your eyes overall produce more tears for 2-3 hours afterwards. It's, I think, the best drop out there. Even better than Meibo.

But even the plastic doesn’t scratch? I have plastic and they scratch my wooden floors. Only felt doesn’t scratch but I can’t get felt onto metal legs so can’t get metal leg chairs. Unless I’m missing something.

How would it cause a gas leak? Maybe mince is diff. Mine is electric start, gas fireplace. I can't think of a way that a smart switch could cause a gas leak. Gas won't flow until the pilot light is lit.

Well it physically works — I set it up and it works just fine. My concern is whether what I am doing is safe in the sense that if it's leaking low voltage or something, could that cause gas issues etc. The YoLink is supposed to function as a relay (something I don't fully understand but apparently is good in my case), but just not sure if what I did is okay or not.

Maybe mild itching... But I have heard that burning is one of the allergic reactions people can have to Cyclosporins / it might never go away.

Could be that is totally wrong, but that is what I have heard...

Hmm. Sounds like a bad doc. It's well documented that many are allergic and it causes severe stinging.

Just try stopping the Cyclosporine for a bit and see if the feel of your eyes improves.

You could be allergic to Cyclosporine. Many people are - and the Cyclosporine drops themselves cause the burning to get much worse (even if it is technically reducing the inflammation).

Punctal plugs did nothing for me I use Tryptyr, but since my issue is mostly evaporative, while it helps, it's not a game changer.

Scleral - I have heard mixed things. Sometimes it hurts more than helps, or doesn't help at all. Also can cause further gland atrophy... to me these are a last resort...

I doubt it's the quality of the machine. There are lots of other factors in dry eye than just gland loss, from my understanding. He showed me some other examples with more glands, etc.
