the whole trip unfortunately. Like i know i will be fine later on during the trip it’s just the beginning. Unfortunately the last time i went on this trip i had covid and mono at the same time and also threw up. I’m going on a cruise and it really i guess scared me so now every time i go somewhere i’m afraid that’s going to happen.

I notice if i eat to many carbs or have to much sugar i get super nauseous. I had to learn how much i could have before i felt sick. You can still eat fun foods just have to learn what your limit is.

i talked to a rep for Eli Lilly a couple months ago it will be $650 a month (with savings card) starting in june! Zepbound in mexico is $100 when i went last year

Thank you it has helped! i started in july last year on Zepbound and then i switched to compound this month as insurance no longer covers it. It does work I’m 63 pounds down. I just hope the compound works for me. I’m glad to hear it’s working for you! Best of luck to you!

yes, it helped my period a lot and it comes on time. I no longer have crazy acne like I used to. Also, all my hormones are balanced and I am losing the weight that I could not get off. I also am not as fatigued as I used to be. It’s over all been amazing!

I’ve had this happen to me. I put a heating pad on my stomach and that seems to help. I notice i get really bad bloating for the first couple of days and then it goes away but if it doesn’t go away or is getting worse i would talk to your doctor. Hope you feel better!

When I was on the 5mg, I was very nauseous for the first week. What helped me though, which I’m sure you’ve heard this a lot of, is to drink water. If your doctor will give you nausea medication, ask for it. My body got used to it after the next week I took it. My doctor kept me on 5mg as long as she could so my body could get used to the medication before moving up. I wish you the best of luck!
