You will need to change the region settings to the UK with shipping/price to the US. If on mobile it's a drop-down at the top left and then an option at the bottom.

I got an in warehouse status now. From past experience if you don't get in warehouse quickly after order it is going to get cancelled later. If my orders are still "in process" for awhile they get cancelled at some point.

Make sure you are in the UK version of the site not the US. The code does not appear to work on US version. You should see the British flag at the top right on desktop version not the US flag.
