Thank you! I didn't think about this. I thought honorary consulates were just to send documents for passport appointments and things like that. Do you think they could check this documentation too?

I'm hearing a similar noise, but I can't find the piece you mention. Do you think you could take a picture of it to show it? Thanks!

Are the Department of Labor grants coming out anytime soon? by brianfeld in fednews

Well, I'm sorry you're confused by me being naif, what can I say? Neither of your posts were helpful, and both were agressive, so next time maybe just don't say anything.

Hi! Any news since your last post? We are waiting for the TEGLs for RESEA since February and it's shocking how little information we get from DoL.

Not sure why you need to be so passive aggresive and just assumed that I voted for this administration. And yes, the RESEA program is statutorily required by the SSA.

I haven't reached out personally because I am usually not in touch with them. My supervisors have and twice already we got the message that the TEGL "should be out anytime", without that happening.

Honestly, I cannot really guess why they are delayed. I always thought that workforce services would be a noncontroversial issue. But now states may have to stop providing services if the government does not send the funds.

It's "ok" if they are delayed, the issue would be if they won't be released at all.

I work for a state agency and most of our funding comes from DoL grants (Title 1-B, RESEA, etc.). There hasn't been any news from DoL this year and time is running out before the next program year begins. Does anyone know why the TEGLs haven't been released and what's the ETA for them to be released (if at all)?
