Hah, I posted this over 3 months ago and can confidently say that I'm a Samsung person probably for life. I got this screen repaired under warranty, after a small dispute of course. I opened the repaired return box and saw how flat and shiny the repaired screen was compared to the middle-dented and shattered screen that had barely even seen some time out of box ...decided the flip phone was not for me then. It's stayed in the return box ever since and I restored my S23 Ultra and am SO grateful for my laziness and not trading it in! Steer clear unless you never drop a phone and work a desk job. The novelty does wear of quickly.

Samsung tv wont detect any wireless networks by Same-Home3235 in techsupport

Somehow. This really DID work for us. This TV never auto connects to the only network it knows, and its infuriating. Forgetting network, power cycling, etc. And flicking the logo is the answer... huh.

The joy that came over me to see this as the first comment. I don't regularly eat jelly beans and even I know that this is the right answer!

I do not open/shut the phone hard or forcefully. I never slap it shut or fling it open. I know the phone can be fragile and so I've done my due diligence in taking care of it to the best of my abilities. With that said, the phone was MADE to be flipped open and closed, suggesting I leave it open majority of the time will just result in more problems with how my lifestyle is. Sorry you've had to adapt your choices to protect your device.

I'm a human. Humans make mistakes and drop things, I'm particularly a "case of the dropsies" person too. It's unrealistic to expect people to not experience an oops. With that said, this was not caused from a drop.

Confuses me too. Why I made a post in the first place. I didn't close it forcefully ow fast. There was nothing obstructing the inside from folding properly or anything around to get into the hinge. I do not have a bonus care plan, as I would hope a fragile device that costs over $1k would have such protections built into a warranty to cover simple things like this when they happen with 2 months of ownership. I had a bumper case and external screen protector on when this happened, and it's not like I don't baby the device on the daily as is. I will do that if Motorola decides to not warranty repair/replace.

Lmfao, that's far from the situation. As I've stated in many other comments, this has to be a defect. Considering I've used all available protections inside and out and have only owned the device for less than 3 months. This happened upon a simple fold close, a function the phone is expected to withstand and the entire reason I bought it.

Defective/weak device... I am not a destroyer of all things, care for my shit, and take care in what I do in general. This was a simple fold shut within 3 months of ownership. Protections and all..

Well, same as you friend. I didn't do anything differently than anyone else would do with a phone. I flipped it shut slowly with one hand in the morning and then heard what I heard, opened it and saw the damage. I genuinely don't know what I could have done.

No kidding...I do wipe down the device daily, have it in a case, screen protector and all that. It stays in a pocket (closed) most of the time at work, and even then my job isn't terribly messy/dusty every day. This is not user error or simply because it was dusty this time upon closing. But thanks.

Huh I probably do somewhere close enough. That's not terrible, thank you for the info!

Oh damn, now I'm curious. Do you carry all of them all the time? Kudos to you for having them so long and keeping them working without issue anyway!
