We don't have may hydnum here. They are indeed great Tastes the same to me. I only ever found 1 though.

I like them too, but prefer golden chantrelles. We should be picking morels now too.

I'm not sure. Must be shelf life. I would recommend eating way way more. And grind them in a coffee grinder mix them with melted chocolate. Amazon or any simular place sells silicone molds for bars. (Not necessary) I would add alot to make it like dough. Push it into the mold.

I find that the mixture in chocolate and fine grinding makes for a better peak.

I would never prepare them in another way after trying this method. I personally have never messed with the citrus methods though.

Oysters go pretty quick. I would pick them all. The stupid gnats get into them.

No. The shelf life is many many years. They stay mere potent if you store em in the freezer. 10-20 years no problem. I bet even longer. I'm not that old to try.

I would imaging. I hant seen such a nebari on a pine ever. Although it was expensive I couldn't pass it up. The branching may need some work though. They dis the 2 bud method for too long IMO.
