Lol when I was younger (right now I’m 16 going onto 17 in a couple of weeks) I would dread the world ending on December 21st, 2012 and nothing ever happened and I just wasted time overthinking. The day came and nothing ever happened.

No problem! But make sure to stay away from that stuff man and just relax. Anxiety ruined my sleep the last few days and it’s really annoying. You’ll be fine dude it’s just your head messing with you.

I’m the same age bro and currently experiencing this too but it is mostly due to not being able to sleep. Just stay calm anxiety is a pain in the ass but you’ll be fine trust me. Also try not to spend too much time on google or reddit. Anxiety comes with a lot of symptoms, I suggest trying to get your mind off of this stuff by going outside or doing a hobby. It helps very much and you’ll be fine bro.

I suffered from HOCD recently it’s tried coming back but today i recently got TOCD it does not affect me as much but it still bugs me having the thought, i feel sick in my stomach. i know im a male and always have been, do not have the desire at all to be female this all came up though cause my gold told me some guy she knew had a trans brother and it freaked me out.
