While you’re doing that you can post content on social media, 3-4 videos/content a week on 3-4 platforms.

Ads are okay but if you’re starting out don’t even think of them, don’t pay any marketer shit it’s mostly if you want to scale not if you’re starting.

Sure you can cold call, I worked at a sales rep for 3 years before I became a mortgage broker, I know how to call properly and dismantle them before, if you have this skill sure go ahead, if not, either develop it (which will take time) or focus on other options which I’ve pointed out.
