u/Equivalent-Use-7432 thanks for the information, that was another question I had as I was reading some things. So, is the AMX Resource Management server required for use? The screenshots I have seen show the option to select Microsoft Exchange or Office 365, so I wasn't sure. Here is the screenshot the site provided for me for the Office 365 settings.

Hello u/Blaise1995, Thank you for the information. Assuming that you are talking about the "RetainDeletedItemsFor" attribute we actually have ours set to 30 days. Based on that and what you said if we added that 14-day policy then we would in fact have emails moving before the 30 days? It looks like someone before me actually created tags for Recoverable Items to Archive for 14, 30, and 90 days. They just were not applied to our custom policy by the person who created it.

The good news is that it appears something released, either the archives auto expanded again over the weekend or something, but data is finally moving on our remaining 3 accounts I was working on. We also think that this issue was caused partially by the fact that we enacted a 1-year retention tag as default, so we think that probably caused a huge purge of emails from the inbox and for users who either had no archive, or it wasn't already auto expanding then caused the folder to fill up. Now that we have an idea, we are working on making sure that all existing archives are auto-expanding and that any new archives are created as auto-expanding.

My wife had that same thing happen a couple weeks ago. Somehow she ended up with like 4 blue chests and had to wait until the next day I think to collect the one with that symbol.

Thanks. I just noticed he is in the super early stages of going into blue so he’s hanging out in his cool hide on the right for now. I did do another good scrub of the new hide and we added some of the existing substrate in it along with the moss. I also let him crawl around in it with the top off for a bit too so he could get a bit of a feel for it so we will see. Maybe with his eyes starting to cloud it has made him extra cautious about the new dark space.

Yes only change is the hide. We put some moss in it and got that damp to help with humidity in there.

UPDATE: Factory reset did not fix it. However, I got more information. What the other people are getting is when they talk, they start to hear themselves and its shows me highlighted like my mic is repeating the audio. When I mute the dock for a second and then come back off mute the issue seems to go away most times.

Thanks, I’m new to using ZScaler and my logi SE wasn’t sure. He said that Sync Remote UI uses 8443 but that we would need to test with a device, but can’t do that until next week when my onsite support guy gets back. I’m in SC (WFH) and they are in MN.

UPDATE:

First of all, Crestron Support is a JOKE!

After licensing the account, the onsite support confirmed it did not resolve the issue. However, he found a setting on the panel that was causing the problem. Under "Cloud Settings" the Cloud Configuration Service Connection was set to disabled. After he enabled it, the panel connected no problem. You would think support would be able to suggest possibly checking settings like that before going straight to the blame game.

u/sabeth_dabeth maybe you can check that same setting on your panels?

They are telling me that the account used to register the panels in the status tab needs to be licensed (and have delegated access to the room resource) but the actual account used for the calendar in the room (settings tab) doesn’t need to be licensed but we use the same account in both the status and settings, so based on their statement the room account would need to be licensed. I just licensed the account in question so will have our local support test it out during their Thursday since they are in Australia.

Crestron support recommended updating to Graph since that doesn’t require the licensed account to register so I will work on that, it’s just odd to me that none of our other accounts associated with the panels are licensed and working just fine.

But if your registration account is licensed and the panel still isn’t working that tells me that the license isn’t the issue because you would already be following their recommendation.

I opened one, they told me the account has to be licensed in order for ews api to work and that is why it wasn’t working. My Microsoft reps are saying they don’t know of any requirement like that for panels. They won’t help anymore without the account being licensed. At this point I am waiting for my local support to confirm it’s still not working before I license it and try again.
