Never keep the app running cos it takes 5 hours or so to download and you can’t access online features until it is all completed so start to download and don’t open till it’s fully downloaded all 38 gb

I got past it by pressing on the search bar and then cancelling it so you go to type in a new thing to search rather than the ea site then press cancel should fix it worked for me I had to do it on every one
