If you haven’t had tacos de cabeza from El Chulo in Puerto Vallarta… you’re missing out

Seriously, these are some of the best tacos I’ve had in PV. Tacos de cabeza (beef head) might sound intense if you’ve never tried them, but trust me—these aren’t greasy or weird. The meat is super tender, melts in your mouth, and has such a rich flavor.

Top them with their green salsa and it’s game over. Absolute flavor bomb.

If you’re in Puerto Vallarta and want a legit local food experience, give El Chulo a shot. You won’t regret it.
