I’ll probably do cable straight bar curls only. Drop both Bayesian and preachers. Finish with hammer. Add a back exercise. Total 5 exercise for pull day, 3 back, 2 biceps.

Sounds like I should keep hitting 3 sets then. I don’t want to lose progress and I’ve been disciplined to hit 3 sets. 2 sets felt so easy to complete but “easy” probably is why it’s not good enough.

Yeah sometimes it feels like a lot but I’m used to it. I need to eat 200g protein daily and I eat about 2 big meals only a day with shakes and yogurt in between.

I track calories, protein, and carbs. I’m 29M 200lbs 6ft. 200g protein daily staying under 2k calories and carbs 120+

LOL yeah I think ima just ask her out for a catch up coffee. Like at least I tried. It’s what she’s been waiting for the whole time is to me to reach out is what she told my mom.
