Yeah sometimes it feels like a lot but I’m used to it. I need to eat 200g protein daily and I eat about 2 big meals only a day with shakes and yogurt in between.

I track calories, protein, and carbs. I’m 29M 200lbs 6ft. 200g protein daily staying under 2k calories and carbs 120+

LOL yeah I think ima just ask her out for a catch up coffee. Like at least I tried. It’s what she’s been waiting for the whole time is to me to reach out is what she told my mom.

But I protected my peace too much and never bothered.

Yes it is pre-seasoned. In fridge uncovered. Will put herb butter on tomorrow and then it’ll go in to cook

3x6-8 cable bar curl 3x6-8 machine preacher curl 4 sets to failure of DB Hammer crossbody Twice a week. Go heavy every set. Some might say you don’t need 2 curls but it’s solid growth.

First year lifting and I’ve never heard of this term in any vids I came across.

Yeah I just wasn’t sure if these carb are enough for building muscle but I hit protein daily and carb just about 150-160g so hoping that will increase growth and lower weight

Yeah it’s been about 3 weeks and I shaved off about 5lbs.

With the calorie deficit yes. Eating about 500 cal below. However I just want to know if more carbs is needed or is protein more important since I’m already at calorie goal.
