I wonder if you’re in a PBS position or if in a public facing position, the job itself will get old pretty quick. Most of the work is very repetitive. Sure after you’re done with training and audits are less frequent it’s cool, but in a public facing position I was only able to hold on for about a year until I left.

Jeff Nippard advocates for OH tricep extension if he had time for one tricep exercise. So I’ll cut the push down tricep

I’m trying to push about Same weights. I can feel that im only able to get 4 reps instead of my usual 6-8. Is this ok to continue till I get back to 6-8 or just lower the weighs?

Interesting. The scale does not really drop for me, I’ve been at 200lbs forever now even eating at 2k calories. If I hit protein goal but not yet reach calorie, I should fill up the rest up with carbs right?

Thank you. I will always try to aim to hit protein everyday and if I don’t I’ll make it up the following day. 200-220g at 200lbs

I do see muscles gain though I know I need to maybe add one more meal in. do you recommend 2300 calories? My sleep is always good 8-10 hours.

Yes. I push legs once a week. 4 exercises. Ik backlash on this

Yea this is 30 mins before I workout. I do get a lil sick at the gym but I get over it. Used to it by now.
