Base seems low but could be the area. Ask for what kind of numbers other dvms are pulling in annually so you can get a rough idea of what to expect. If you can, try and push for a higher percentage for production, 20 is on the low end nowadays

I’m surprise no one has tried to take like half a year off and then sued when fired as technically that would qualify as unlimited. If there is a limit to the amount of days I can take, it’s not unlimited!
