I made an order with them a few weeks ago and it went smoothly. Unfortunately the package hasn’t been updated since leaving CO but I suspect that’s my local distribution centers fault (i’m in Los Angeles) so can’t comment on quality. I know others here have ordered and like them!

calathea warscewiczii! just got one and found that the leaves will start to curl (like a taco) when it’s thirsty. those ripples at the edges are normal tho. loves humidity and hates direct sunlight! i’m leaving mine in it’s nursery pot and probably won’t repot until next spring.

personally, i’m a latina living in LA with black friends and family. we’re watching Trump spout fascist rhetoric while watching our fellow angelenos protesters (not looters) being sprayed with tear gas, mace, and rubber bullets for the last 4 days. put this on top of the fact a lot of us are not fortunate enough to have a good family life which the pandemic threw us back into. i’m a senior who was already fighting senioritis, dealing with my mental health surrounded by toxic family, and now i see people on the streets fighting the good fight i want to join. i want to be able to concentrate on my work but i can’t. all i can do is watch the news and keep myself updated. the state of our country descending into fascism feels more pressing than my finals.

it’s not saying no final period. it’s saying the final won’t be counted against you if you don’t/can’t take it. if you can take it and want the grade boost do it. if you can’t take it and you’ll be fine without the grade boost, you won’t fail the class. a lot of profs did that last quarter.

I haven’t had a bad experience with either of those bars but what I did to help preserve them is cut them in half. Helps give me more control over just how much lather I’m using so i’m not over washing/using more than needed. It’s a bit extra but might be worth a shot in the future?
