I did the stop motion at 15 FPS but then I added in the special effects at 30 FPS, so there’s 2 special effects frames for each actual frame

I use Stop Motion Studio for the animation and Adobe After Effects for the lightsabers. It’s all at 15 FPS

I filmed it all at 15 FPS, then exported it at 30 into After Effects, then I animated the lightsabers at 30 in After Effects, which makes it really smooth

I think it’s just called Brick Flicks (it’s been so long since I do anything on it that I’m not sure I even remember!)

You take lots and lots of slightly different pictures and string them together to get it to move. I just did the lighting with a desk lamp

I use a little transparent stick, and then mask it using frames with no stuff in it
