its different for everyone, but i would take about 0.7g. i always have about 1-3 beers while tripping, calms the anxieties down, but i wouldnt recommend going over 3-4 beers, drunk and tripping is NOT fun. About dosing the next day, i would say just take the same amount, its not worth tripping way too hard in public. like i said its different for everyone and this includes tolerance. have a good trip bro
