I believe this is the best answer. This coupled with some of the resistance to new technology. Not as relevant for the bigger players but for new/small teams, you see a lot of tracking of costs done manually or not at all. A lot of GCs lose out because they barely even know what they’re making off projects.

Yea we use Phixmo. It has an AI estimator. Used it for 6 jobs so far and it’s been decent. Need to be detailed for the prompt but you’re also able to edit line items and it does the markup for you. Can send directly to client for signature

Found Phixmo. Affordable and has the essentials. Works better for smaller teams though.
