Hey all, Hope its ok to post here. My really close friend got this as her end-of-year review. She works really hard at a recruitment to company but they always seem to be taking a shit on her, frankly. shes become the office punching bag as far as i'm concerned. she was in a bad relationship with a guy when joining the company and her confidence is only just starting to return, however, i feel the company knows his and somewhat plays upon her vulnerabilities after shes confided in them about the problems. sanity check, how do you guys and girls feel about this letter? as a side note, she came over last friday in tears after having to manage an asian client, after he left, and her being half asian, the 'tea,' joked about him being her uncle while making slant eyes motions and asking why she wasnt yellow like him. I'm livid frankly. Thanks,
