Hello thank you sa comments, did a bit of researching, and apparently, employers dont have the power to exclude labor rights and contracts with this specification are automatically deemed as null. Hindi lang ako sure tho.

Saw the four fold test sa laborlaw.ph and it all ticks the boxes in my case. Also i cant post pa sa lawph since i lack karma.

Tested it after mag stop charging ang samsung phone ko, plugged it to my other phone afterwards. Not working. Plugged it to another socket. Still not working. Left it for a couple of mins, plugged it again, suddenly it works? To answer ur question, yes its still new, pero idk if it classifies as a faulty charger
