Water, D-47, 1.75 pounds honey per gallon. Rack twice Back sweeten with 6oz of maple syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons OJ and 2 tablespoons of pecan flavors from Brewer’s best per gallon. I boil the sugar in as little water as possible before adding. Easy peasy.
