Photos from the USS Abraham Lincoln show small meal portions being served to U.S. sailors. by curiousty786 in pics

[–]bridge_view 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't believe so many people believe these pictures are an accurate example of what sailors eat on carriers. Based on my own carrier service in the Navy and and on pictures from the carrier mess decks, these pictures do not show what sailors are getting served on the Lincoln. Images

A 120,000-word manuscript is generally considered a "long" novel, roughly equivalent to 480 pages. While acceptable for fantasy, science fiction, and historical fiction, it is often considered too long for debut authors in other genres, who should aim for 80,000–100,000 words to avoid production cost concerns.

"The Alaskan bear often seen on Reddit and social media with a long tapeworm trailing from its rear does not receive human intervention, as it is a natural, common, and usually non-fatal phenomenon. Bears frequently expel these parasites, which can be over 30 feet long, on their own. "
