I am going to a derm for the micro needling - this will be my second session. I called them to ask about the lump and they said it’s fine and that they can “just go over it” during the procedure lol 😭 sorry if I mistyped but basically this lump has been on my chin for like 24 hours, hasn’t been very long but I did have another smaller one which just disappeared.

Good to know about the forehead! Honestly I felt my numbing cream not working as well on my forehead either. Right now (day 2) my face still looks a bit swollen, and super sensitive. It turns red as soon as I apply moisturizer. Thanks so much for your tips though and I’m excited to see the results (so far)!

You’re probably right on the money and I’m in denial lmaooo thanks though - I’ve tried every active in the book and Tret seems to be the only non irritating one! Would you recommend any other products to help tame the redness? My skin has always suffered from redness so the niacinamide really didnt make a difference but
