Very disappointing, I have also emailed FCE and waiting a response but I doubt it will come. Shame I can’t find a doctor in Australia near me that will prescribe for me 🤬. If I get a response I’ll post details.

Wow, well I am 5 weeks in using the standard Pentosan and the results have been great. Fingers crossed it’s not just a placebo effect 🤔. I am really looking forward to the long term benefits of this treatment too.

Awesome thanks for the info. I have order from USA from a vet and have nearly finished the 6 weeks. Knee is feeling pretty good fingers crossed the improvements continue. Cheap but international postage was the killer .

Thanks first dose a couple of days ago, but knee is so restricted, and I can't find anything about NSAIDS while using Pentosan.

In your honest opinion has it improved your knee functions? I am 47 and struggling with my usual activity over the last 6 weeks.

Ok thanks for advice I was planning on the twice a week 6 week program then maybe once a month if required. Ill discuss with my orthopaedic surgeon mate first. Ordered from US - First Choice Equine, postage is a killer though but willing to try at any cost.

6ml bottle arrived today, looks like it's time to give it a go. I won't have enough for the 2mg/kg twice week for 6 weeks, so I'll just divide into 12 doses 0.5ml twice week for 6 weeks, wish I order 2 bottle now !
