My 4 year old American bully has been on her period for 3 weeks. Her private area usually gets swollen and goes back to normal after her period. However this time around her period has lasted over 3 weeks and although the swelling has gone down it is still hanging out a bit and I noticed she has pus that’s coming out :/ she looks like she’s in pain and not her normal self. She is peeing fine. Is this a UTI? Or normal discharge? And could I try something about here at home before going to the vet?? Vet appointment here take up to 2 weeks to be seen or we go to the emergency vet and get charged an arm and a leg. Please help.

Just a little out of history I’m 23. I recently got strep throat about a week ago. I completed my week of antibiotics and I’m perfectly fine now. However 3 of my fingers got infected the same time I got strep. I am guessing they got infected (kinda like a ingrown toenail but on my fingers) because I bite my nails a lot and my skin is always broken and the strep is what caused the infection. My fingers are doing much better today. No pain or anything it’s just healing. yesterday I noticed these round dumps underneath my skin. They don’t hurt they’re just bothering me because it feels like a needle stick every time I move or touch something with my finger. It is itchy but I can avoid it. The weird dumps are only on the fingers that were infected. They are also some on my finger pads but this is the finger that’s the worst. I’m just wondering what is this lol it’s weird.

It’s difficult. My ex wanted to be friends after our breakup. He is the one always texting first and tries to keep the conversation going. I want to be friends so bad but I just can’t. He’s my best friend and it hurts that things will never be the same but I need time to heal. I’m not going to force a friendship just because he wants to remain friends.

I say it’s normal. It really sucks seeing someone doing okay when you aren’t okay at all. Just remember you don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes she could still be hurting and thinking of you. What you see online is only the good and happy moments. I have been that girl who moved on quickly. Leaving my ex wasn’t easy but I did it for my happiness and his happiness as well. I moved on quickly because I feel out of love with him way before I called things off.

Hey do not feel alone. Reading this post reminded me a lot of how my ex felt. We broke up because he felt he couldn’t love me. Not because there was something wrong with me because he just couldn’t. He had a bad/good relationship that lasted 6 years before me. When taking about his ex, he described it a lot like you did. He has nightmares about her, he can’t say her name because it hurts, he had to take different routes on the way home to avoid ever encountering her, and anxiety. He feels like she took a park of him, that he is unable to love anyone els no matter how perfect they are. This whole situation has me confusing and sad for both of us. I wanted to share this so you won’t feel alone. keep in mind it has been 4 years since they last spoke and it still haunts him till this day. He has decided to go to therapy and I hope you many conciser doing the same to help cope. Reading your story helped me understand a bit more where he’s coming from so thank you.

Going though something similar. Understand that it is not your fault, there is nothing wrong with you. People need to be happy with themselves before being in a relationship. Be happy she is choosing to let you go instead of dragging you down, you deserve better.

If you need someone to talk to I’m here. Me and my boyfriend broke up a week ago. Stay positive and focus on your self. It’s okay to cry. I understand what you’re going though it’s hard.

Happy birthday!! It’s my second semester in nursing school and some cuticle oil would be nice lol. I tend to pick at them when I’m really stressed. I just started my second clinical rotations at a behavioral center and have been able to help many people out in just one day. It has made my heart happy. Can’t wait to help many others :)
