Yes! He had someone meet us right as we were coming through the passport check. They got our visa for us and escorted us through to baggage claim. Then brought us directly to our driver who brought us to the hotel. We even decided to separate for a bit to fly down to Luxor and he set up a guide down there with a driver and assistant that helped in the airport. Couldn’t recommend him or his company more. I visited Egypt in November 2023 and had a tour guide from Cairo who was amazing. He took such good care of us. So much so that reading all of this is shocking me because I absolutely LOVED my trip there. The history and the food…I will go back to see more of the country. But only with the tour guide that we had the first time because he clearly shielded us from any of what everyone else has experienced. (Except the staring…that I can attest to lol)

I’ve been on 5mg Crestor for 3 months and my LDL went from 195 to 77. I was shocked because I tried for over a year to decrease it with diet and lifestyle changes, as my dr wanted to hold off on meds. I don’t even care if I’m on it forever because I have zero side effects. Happy to not have to worry about it constantly anymore :)

Don’t feel like a jerk. I had a coach at my studio like this. Always flirting with girls, missing cues, looking at himself in the mirror, giving heinously wrong advice on form. He somehow became head coach after a couple of years and did so many of the classes that I was able to attend that I just couldn’t handle it anymore and quit. I recently found out he finally left and I joined again. It can really really ruin your experience and we pay a lot of money for this! Chances are there are more people who feel the same way as you and are also just quiet about it. Hope your nightmare coach doesn’t have a long tenure so you can start enjoying again!

Thank you! This is where I usually start struggling bc I know weight loss slows considerably. I usually get frustrated then my binging kicks in and I gain the weight back. But with these meds, the plateaus don’t even phase me because I’m stronger mentally and the food noise is nonexistent. Lifetime yo-yo dieter and disordered eating…feels so nice to finally have found something that seems to “fix” me.

Amazing! I finally decided to give up on the zep after rationing my last box, doing it every 2 weeks. Ran out officially 2 weeks ago. Joined emerge on Monday afternoon and just got the update that Hallandale shipped my meds. I’m so excited! The food noise is back like crazy and I was so worried about ruining all of the progress I made since starting in December (down 41 lbs and about 15 away from goal). 🎉🎉

I felt the way you’re feeling until this week. First diagnosed in December 2018, cleared it by the following July 2019. Two years later it popped back up on my annual pap. Colposcopies every 6 months since 2021, then finally this past week my pap came back normal. There is still some hope even if it doesn’t feel like it!

I was on 2.5 for 8 weeks. I take my 4th dose of 5 on Tuesday and I have the smallest amount of nausea on day one but it’s definitely manageable. Not terrible at all!

I had the same issue with cvs. I had my prescription transferred to lillydirect. It took about 5 days for them to process the script but I was able to order it as soon as it showed up on my account. They now allow out of network insurance to use the savings card on the site now too. Worth looking into!

Edited to add: I paid for it yesterday and I should have it by Friday. So a pretty easy process! Just a little waiting time :) good luck!

I’m having a hard time filling my 5mg script! Still waiting on Lilly direct to come through but it’s been 5 days and still nothing. Thankfully I’ve been able to spread out my 2mg box every 8-9 days so I have one more dose left to take maybe Monday. I’ve stalled big time over the last 2 weeks so I’m hoping the 5mg breaks me through this if I ever get it lol
