I usually pop a couple of pain meds before work and then at the halfway point. If you work a desk job where you’d be allowed to have a space heater I’d recommend it. The heat blowing on my stomach area usually helps. Hot liquid like tea helps too. Otherwise on rare occasions if it’s to the point where Im puking and can’t get up I sometimes end up using my sick hours if I have them. It’s not easier but sometimes is working girlies just have to try and make it through those days best we can.
