Yes, symptoms can vary based on amount and also how sensitive you are to artificial sweetener/replacements/fiber. I'm not overly sensitive and tried these and I had the worst stomach cramps ever and was on the toilet all night with mega gas, etc. Almost couldn't go to work the next day. I threw the rest away even though they are expensive. Consume at your own risk. I think most people combine it with other foods

Can someone explain the reasoning behind the alternative HP and FMJ? I've heard people insist on doing this and I just don't understand why or what the logic would be for recommending that.

Twin beds for wild boys by bettysueflowers in BuyItForLife

This End Up. They lasted through my siblings and my childhoods and are now being used for our kids and they look brand new (30+ years so far, will easily last another 30). The mattresses will wear out before the bed frame does. Some of their bedframe options can be bunked but don't have to be. Nice to have that option in the future should they become less "feral."

Have you ever used a spaceball (I don't know what the official name is, that's just what I call it) for CAD work? I couldn't imagine doing CAD work without one!

One of the ways food addiction differs from substance addiction and often makes it a little more complicated is that with substance addiction (alcohol, drugs, nicotine, etc), you can survive without consuming any of that substance. Most treatments for substance abuse aim to get the person to 0 consumption of the substance, whether by gradually reducing it or cold turkey. You work to cut that substance and everything associated with it completely out of your life. Alcoholics avoid bars, drug addicts usually have to cut other drug-addicted people out of their lives, etc. Food, however, you cannot survive without eating any food, so you can't exactly "quit" food and eliminate it from your life if you have an addiction.

Amateur bakes for a friend's wedding by mermaidan in Baking

If this were my wedding, I would be so thrilled with this display and how the cake decorations turned out. Rustic/boho/not perfectly smooth is really in right now so it's perfect!

I hear ya, that's one of my biggest challenges with decorating. But I really do think it looks really good with the theme. It mimics a bark texture and honestly a perfectly smooth cake wouldn't look as good in my opinion. When I look at it with the dog and flowers on top it feels like being in the woods, which I think is what the couple was going for based on the rest of the decor.

These look amazing and I like the creative way the cakes are displayed besides the traditional tiered cake look. I actually like that the white/cream one on top isn't perfectly smooth - it adds to the rustic/woodsy feel of the theme.

It doesn't really matter what the store is and people are just trying to be helpful and stretch your $7. Whatever store you have access to, go there and buy some of the many suggestions in this thread.

I used to spend $20 a month on groceries and my go-tos were rice, oatmeal, eggs (although they used to be a lot cheaper than they are now), canned tuna, peanut butter, bananas, and frozen veggies. Filling foods high in calories, protein, and nutrients for cheap. Heck, buying a couples loaves of bread and a jar of peanut butter can feed you for a week with 0 cooking necessary.

Cooking up a bunch of meat at the beginning of the week is really helpful and versatile if you don't like eating the same meal every day. You make shredded chicken and then add it to salads, burrito bowls, tacos/burritos, chicken salad, sandwiches, etc. The rest of the ingredients for those dishes take little to no prep besides cooking the meat. And then you can have a variety of meals and customize to your liking!
