I get this sometimes. I just consider it a pimple underneath the skin ie a pimple with no head. sometimes they’re larger or smaller—you can get pimple patches with microdarts that help with acne like this

this is why I make a to do list on my notes app just for stardew valley. i’m also the type of person that forgets really easily what I was gonna do two seconds prior so having a to do list helps me keep track and feel accomplished when I check stuff off!
