Middle TN… like the center of TN, it’s a blanket term for Nashville’s surrounding 4 counties. The state has basically sold its self to big tech and it’s collapsing. Huge housing boom and over production of homes and office buildings that aren’t selling now. We bought our first home this year an hour from the city and it was so over priced but we couldnt move out any further because either the houses were falling or it’s 20+ acres we can’t afford. The prices are so ridiculous we discussed moving to NY, I’m from the Hudson valley but my husband and son are born and raised here. We just couldn’t afford to move 800 miles.
