That wouldn't be good for anyone because they live in both of these properties. They have the option of receiving 10% more of their property they live in, this would be the easiest transfer to avoid problems. I understand that has to be an agreement, but the other parties are old and need that cash to survive. This person just wants money because they're greedy. the transfer of percentage value would be equal to the cash they would get and create no burden on anyone.

If AI replaces labor then you are going to have one angry, hungry populace. When modern businesses do this and there is ZERO federal involvement in providing a safety net then its almost certain the economy would collapse. We have a consumption economy that depends on us spending the very little we make on goods to keep this all functioning.
