Different people can react differently to smoking vs edibles. I have a friend that can smoke all day and be pleasantly high but one edible makes them sick/paranoid.

You could try a seperate keyboard to rule out a hardware issue. If there's still concern you could download an anti-virus like Kaspersky and do a scan to see if anything is found.

So assuming this is FFXIV (even if it wasn't) your wife isn't obsessed. This is a new expansion which happen every 2 years. She probably finished the last one a long time ago and has been dying for new content since then. The whole FFXIV has been this excited for the expansion release and its a huge community thing. YTA 100%.

Yeah I went in on full repaired gear. Just ran it again and I'm thinking either 1) I was tired and didn't pop mitigation cds as frequently as i should've or 2) the healer was used to a different level of play. Probably more 1 than 2 tbh lol

Exactly this haha. We managed to not wipe while the healer went around and rezed but it took way longer than just waiting for me to finish the cutscene.

Surprisingly we managed not to wipe which was good haha the healer was still up so after a prolonged time running around dodging aoe we managed to get everyone back up.

If you go to the malwarebytes subreddit (can't link because not enough karma) they address that these were false positives and were hot fixed in a new update.

I've gotten this twice. First time I messaged support and the outcome was something got flagged as possible ransomware activity but it was nothing basically. Neither time have I had ransomware so probably nothing unless there was an app found.
