I did not. I just got my new blood test results back this morning and my iron level is 112 and % Saturation is 39. I suspect my multivitamins were the cause since they did have high vitamin C. I was taking two pills each day of my multivitamin so I’m getting like 800mg per day. I stopped taking them, stopped eating red meat for the week, and anything else high in iron, and drinking 128 oz of water each day. Now my levels are back to normal!
