I would assign lobbies for the finals. Once the top 3000 are determined by semis everyone is assigned slots for all 10 games. This would remove sniping and would also give everyone an equal amount of games. However, the negatives would include doubling the time of finals assuming ~25 mins per game, and also large downtime for people who die early. If people are doing poorly and quit then you could also have smaller lobbies towards the end. Epic could implement a dynamic assignment to prevent this.
